Emily H. Rudman is a founder, operator, and strategic advisor working at the intersection of luxury, beauty, and consumer goods
As Founder & CEO of Emilie Heathe, she scaled a clean luxury beauty brand from concept to distribution at Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury, and Violet Grey — pioneering 10-free nail polish before "clean beauty" was a category, co-creating a limited-edition collection with Warner Bros. and DC Comics, and earning coverage in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and InStyle.
Today, Emily partners with founders and brands at the intersection of luxury, beauty, and consumer goods as a strategic advisor and operator — bringing the same rigor she applied building Emilie Heathe from the inside out. Her focus: positioning, product, and the kind of growth that lasts.
She has also consulted for global brands including MAC, NARS, Bobbi Brown, and Avon.
Emily holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, serves on the Alumni Council of the Luxury Education Foundation, and co-chairs its Emerging Luxury Council.
